We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Supervisor to lead our residential remodeling projects on-site. This isn’t a desk job — we need someone who knows how to run a crew, manage trades, and make sure the job is built right the first time.

Responsibilities:

· Be present on the job site daily, directing and assisting crews

· Coordinate subcontractors and trades to keep work moving smoothly

· Check quality of work at every stage and enforce safety standards

· Make sure materials, tools, and equipment are on site when needed

· Complete and submit daily reports in BuilderTrend

· Communicate with project managers and clients as needed

· Step in and help with tasks when required — lead by example

Requirements:

· Strong background in residential remodels

· Proficiency with BuilderTrend (daily logs and updates required)

· Ability to manage both people and the flow of work in the field

· Solid knowledge of construction methods, codes, and inspections

· Must be reliable, organized, and ready to “strap on a tool belt” when necessary

· Leadership style that earns respect from crews and subs
