    Position Overview

    Aligned Solutions is seeking a Construction Technologies Specialist for a well respected company. The Construction Technologies Specialist, Lead is responsible for driving technology adoption and process standardization across construction operations. This role focuses on improving efficiency through the implementation of standardized workflows, system enhancements, and best practices across project teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in dynamic jobsite environments and excels at leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and consistent workflows to support field operations.

    • Lead end-to-end implementation efforts for new or revised workflows, including planning, site readiness, pilot programs, cutover strategies, and go-live support.

    • Visit project sites to observe existing processes, coach field teams, identify challenges, and promote best practices.

    • Conduct change impact reviews with Operations and Shared Services teams; define and align roles and responsibilities.

    • Design and deliver training programs and communication plans to support workflow changes.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design configurations, forms, logs, dashboards, and reports aligned with operational requirements.

    • Monitor adoption and data integrity using key performance indicators (KPIs); drive corrective actions and provide leadership updates.

    • Identify system limitations and translate field feedback into clear enhancement requests for technology partners.

    • Coordinate with software vendors to assess feature releases, validate fixes, and communicate updates to project teams.

    • Facilitate cross-functional sessions to address inter-project process challenges and improve handoffs.

    • Lead evaluations and pilots of new tools or features, defining test scripts, success metrics, and go/no-go recommendations.

    • Serve as a primary escalation point for process or adoption issues; ensure timely resolution by partnering with technical teams.

    • Mentor project champions and internal teams to strengthen onsite capabilities and sustain best practices.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Education and Work Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction operations with strong exposure to project teams.

    • Hands-on experience with leading construction management platforms (e.g., Procore).

    • Familiarity with ERP systems such as CMiC, Oracle, or Sage 300 is a plus.

    • Deep understanding of field workflows, including document management, RFIs, submittals, quality, safety, and scheduling.

    • Experience with cost control processes including contracts, budgets, and change orders.

    • Proven ability to develop SOPs, lead trainings, and drive adoption across multiple implementation initiatives.

    • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a track record of managing diverse stakeholder groups.

    • Ability to translate business and field needs into scalable, technology-based solutions.

    • Skilled in change management and facilitating technology adoption across field teams.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and train diverse audiences.

    • Creative problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset.

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

    $120,000 per year
