If you're excited about drones, laser scanning, 3D modeling, BIM coordination, and making the jobsite smarter and more efficient with digital tools—this is your launchpad.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in developing and managing BIM models from design through construction phases (LOD 100–400)

    • Support VDC coordination and clash detection using platforms such as Navisworks, Revizto, or Solibri

    • Perform laser scanning (LiDAR) and help register and process point clouds using software like FARO Scene

    • Operate and assist with drone flights for aerial documentation, aerial LiDAR, photogrammetry, and site analysis

    • Aid in the development and execution of 4D construction schedules, linking time and model elements in tools like Synchro or Navisworks Simulate

    • Create 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for project teams and clients using Enscape, Twinmotion, or Unreal Engine

    • Explore AR/VR applications for project planning, coordination, and client engagement using Unity, Trimble XR10, or Apple Vision Pro, or Meta Quest Pro

    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure digital deliverables meet project-specific standards and client expectations

    • Help document and standardize workflows and technology best practices for cross-team adoption

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field — OR equivalent work experience

    • 1–3 years of experience working with BIM/VDC tools in a construction, engineering, or design environment

    • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and at least one point cloud software (e.g., Recap, FARO Scene, Leica Cyclone)

    • Familiarity with drones, FAA regulations, and photogrammetry software such as Propeller, Pix4D or Drone Deploy

    • Understanding of construction processes, plans, and project phases

    • Interest in AR/VR technology, 4D scheduling, and emerging tech in construction

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt with a fast-evolving toolset

    Preferred but Not Required

    • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate

    • Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, or Enscape

    • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or data dashboards

    • Experience in laser scanning hardware setup and calibration
