The ideal candidate will have strong construction underwriting experience, established wholesale broker relationships, and a proven ability to generate new business. Responsibilities include underwriting accounts with premiums ranging from $10K to $100K+, targeting $5M in annual new business, and maintaining a profitable book through sound risk selection and pricing.
