    DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

    • You have senior construction operations leadership experience, with a proven track record in custom residential projects and complex remodels.
    • You have successfully completed multiple projects in the $1 million–$10 million range (or higher), preferably under a cost-plus delivery system.
    • You are a seasoned leader who thrives on developing and mentoring field and office teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and a positive, high-performance culture.
    • You are client-facing, proactive, and experienced at managing expectations for discerning homeowners while navigating the intricacies of luxury builds.
    • You bring deep expertise in permitting, scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, and quality control—ensuring flawless execution.
      Familiarity with Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software is a strong plus.
