Construction Window Cleaner – Experienced Roberts JSS | Phoenix, AZ

Roberts Janitorial & Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced window cleaning team members to join our construction cleaning crews on active multifamily and commercial job sites throughout the Valley.

Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior window cleaning on construction sites, up to 3 stories high

Clean glass doors, windows, tracks, and frames to a streak-free finish

Remove minor paint, spackle, and construction residue from glass surfaces

Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to access upper-level windows

Coordinate with site supervisors on cleaning sequence and schedule

Follow all safety protocols, including fall protection when working at height

Requirements:

Prior window cleaning experience required

Comfortable working at heights up to 3 stories using ladders or lifts

Own basic window cleaning tools/equipment preferred

Reliable transportation to job sites

Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
