Assistant Project Manager - The qualified candidate will be trained to become the Project Manager in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes and maintains basic project control logs
- Aids in bid preparation.
- Interacts with project team leaders, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Writes letters and emails.
- Sets up meetings.
- Travels to jobsite is required to assist in estimate process.
- Travels to jobsite to assist with clean-up, etc. if office duties have been completed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Computer experience including Word/Excel as a minimum.
- High school graduate, diploma or GED.
- Run errands, taking tools, materials, etc to jobsites.
- Must not mind getting hands dirty sometimes, everyone pitches in on taking care of other tasks such as cutting grass, emptying trash, cleaning the office.
- Simple knowledge of tools & equipment.
- Team player with self-confidence and professional presence.
