Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled construction worker with a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial construction. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, understands jobsite expectations, and can execute tasks with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform demolition work safely and efficiently

Execute framing (walls, ceilings, basic structural understanding)

Assist with and understand multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC coordination

Install and assist with finish work including cabinetry, trim, flooring, and general finishes

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Follow plans, layouts, and instructions from foreman or project manager

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

3–5+ years of construction experience (residential or commercial)

Strong knowledge of demolition, framing, and finish work

Basic understanding of multiple trades and sequencing

Experience with cabinetry installation and finish carpentry preferred

Ability to read basic plans and layouts

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Finish carpentry experience

Experience working on high-end residential projects

Familiarity with modern cabinetry systems and installations

OSHA certification (preferred but not required
