• Our Firm is a Creditors Rights Firm. We represent banks and other institutions that extend credit to consumers. Our Firm strives to be both client and consumer friendly. * We are also growing as a Firm! Currently we have three Collectors but are looking for a fourth Team-Mate! * As a Collector and Account Representative, your job would entail making phone calls and knowing the * answers to any frequently asked questions that customers could have. * We are searching for Team Members who can operate independently after receiving initial training and maintain industry- * standard debt recovery rates on the collection tasks by minimizing losses and cost-effectively * evaluating the probability of successful recovery. * Using the support framework created, you may oversee a debt collection portfolio. To * accomplish complete remuneration, you will need to learn policies and procedures, obtain letters, * find sources of vital information, and stick to a schedule. * To responsibly and successfully work the debts assigned, you must develop technical expertise * to add and update information in our system, memorize action codes, properly use forms for * department networking, skip tracing procedures, and in general master the collecting system. * You'll be negotiating with customers and educating them about the advantages of paying off * their debts in full and on time. Using the verbal abilities and communication tactics learned in * the training courses to manage individuals so that public opinion stays in our clients favor. * Mastery of Excel, Word and other programs is required. * Knowledge of the database QLAWe is a plus.
