    Job Description

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    The Collaboration Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the design, architecture, implementation, and security of a variety of unified communications and collaboration client environments.

    In addition, the Collaboration Consultant will be responsible for

    • Support client visioning for future systems deployments.
    • Prepare scope documents and project plans.
    • Design and implement best practices for collaboration solution deployment to ensure client investment in technology is consistent with their business objectives and that proposed projects are executed successfully.
    • Support sales efforts surrounding delivery team.
    • Training and support of Associate Consultants and more junior team members.

    • You have a strong consulting background and have worked through the full project lifecycle from sales to rollout for large Unified Communication initiatives.
    • You enjoy a problem solving challenge. You use this passion to better deliver client management resolution with your excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
    • You have the expertise and professionalism to interact with any level of an organization.
    • Your work style is flexible. Some tasks are great to tackle with a team, and other stuff you can handle on your own!
    • You have excellent communication skill whether that be in-person, over-the-phone or e-mail.
    • You don’t mind responsibility, you’re accountable for your work and dedicated to a job well done.
    • You’re willing to travel.

    Your Core Skills & Certifications

    • Cisco Collaboration
    • Cisco voice gateways / CUBE and Telco configuration (POTS, PRI, SIP)
    • Cisco Unified Communications Manager
    • Cisco IM and Presence
    • Cisco Unified Messaging (Exchange)
    • Cisco Unity Connection
    • Cisco Emergency Responder
    • Cisco Unified Operations and Provisioning Manager
    • Cisco Webex Calling / Webex Dedicated Instance, Local Gateway
    • Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing / Operator Connect
    • Migrating/integrating legacy PBX infrastructure to unified communications
    • Preferred but not required:
      • Video Rooms
      • Microsoft Exchange (Office 365)
      • Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) – Zoom, RingCentral, etc.
      • Scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, etc.

    Audio Codes experience including SBC, SBA, and OVOC
