    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions
    • Provide PM/BA support to gather and document requirements from business stakeholders around upcoming or existing regulatory changes, capital markets product offerings, and business enhancements
    • Manage product deliverables and effectively liaison between front office, middle office, back office, and other supporting functions
    • Present findings and recommendations to client leadership
    • Track project level risk issues and dependencies and face off with key stakeholders
    • An ability to transform your domain knowledge and project experiences into published content for Sia Insights
    • Continue to upskill on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, and leverage Sia’s tools and other innovative applications to service client needs
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of Capital Markets experience within Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange derivatives product areas including an overall understanding of the trade lifecycle processes
    • 2+ years of recent client-facing management consulting experience
    • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in a Business or related field
    • Financial Services background preferred
    • Experience in facilitating client interview sessions, including preparing materials, documenting feedback and input, analyzing client data, and recommending solutions or business enhancements
    • Understanding of the US and global regulatory landscape within financial services
    • Working knowledge of multiple project/program management methodologies including, but not limited to Agile and Waterfall
    • Must have the ability to quickly learn and conduct independent research; will need to apply new knowledge to own analysis and team management responsibilities
    • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adhere to tight deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal skills, written & verbal communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
    • Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
