Summary:

Seeking a Learning Technology & AI Consultant to manage and optimize learning platforms and drive data-driven, scalable learning solutions. This role focuses on LMS/LXP ecosystems, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee learning technologies (LMS, LXP, LRS, authoring tools)
• Evaluate platforms, vendors, and data performance
• Implement AI-driven learning solutions with responsible use practices
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, tech-enabled learning strategies
• Develop standards, documentation, and training for tools adoption
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and data integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with enterprise learning platforms & strategy
• Knowledge of LMS/LXP, SCORM, xAPI, and learning analytics
• Experience with AI-enabled learning tools
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills

Preferred:

• Experience with tools like Workday, Cornerstone, Degreed, EdCast, Articulate, Rise
• Spanish proficiency (nice to have)
