Job Title: Consultant Level 1 (Routing/Switching, MS Windows, SQL Server, Network & Software)
Location: Cleveland, OH
Job Type: Contract (10-12 Months)
Work Model: Onsite

U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders are preferred.

Role Summary:

We are seeking Consultant Level 1 to provide expert-level technical support and strategic guidance across key IT domains, including enterprise networking, Microsoft server environments, and SQL Server systems. This role supports major system upgrades, configuration initiatives, integrations, and operational improvements, working closely with internal IT teams to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced support for enterprise technologies such as Routing/Switching, Windows Server, SQL Server, and related software platforms
• Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to configuration, performance, or integration
• Support infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and security enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to meet business and operational goals
• Document procedures, configurations, and support strategies in accordance with best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains:
  • Enterprise Routing and Switching
  • Microsoft Windows Server environments
  • SQL Server database administration and development
• Relevant industry certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, MCSA, SQL Server Certifications )
• Proven experience in enterprise IT environments with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
