A global professional services firm seeks a Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team. Responsibilites include the following:

• Analyzing historical data, modeling fee arrangements, coordinating approvals of alternative fee arrangements, setting up matter budgets and rate discounts, and executing on new matter intake activities • Evaluating market trends and identifying opportunities with respect to billing rates, profitability, and evaluation of non-traditional or alternative fee agreements • Streamlining the pricing process through technology improvements, business process reengineering or “quick-win” approaches • Conducting periodic audits to identify areas of improvements and to ensure compliance with Firm policies Qualifications: The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft office products, particularly Excel (vlookup, indexing, macros, pivots). SQL proficiency is beneficial. Minimum of 4 years of financial analysis and/or price modeling experience. Legal industry experience is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field is required. MBA or Big-4 CPA audit experience is beneficial.
