Our Client is a large, well-established company that is currently seeking a *Recruiter/Sourcer (80% Sourcer, 20% Recruiter)* to join their team! This position is starting out as a Temporary role, but has the potential to go "Direct-Hire"! A great
opportunity with the Corporate location of a National company, located in
the Burbank/Glendale area. Here's your chance to "get your foot in the
door!"
*Responsibilities & Qualifications:*
· Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional
networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
· Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
· As a Sourcer- identify qualified profiles, and contact "passive"
candidates to help build pipelines for current hiring needs. Coordinate
with Sr. Staff to manage the remainder of the Recruiting process (80% of
the time).
· As a Recruiter- manage candidates in an effective way throughout the
interview process and negotiating the offer effectively. Coordinating with
hiring managers to determine position requirements (20% of the time).
· Solid Networking skills.
· Must have at least 2 years of experience.
Open ended Temporary position, with a more
long-term opportunity for the right person.
