    A publicly traded REIT seeks a Treasury Analyst to join their dynamic team in Los Angeles. The individual will work in the Treasury and AP Department.  Salary is targeted at $70k with excellent benefits.

     

    Overview:

    We are looking for someone to provide direct support to the head of treasury while also independently maintaining day to day functions vital to the operations of the organization’s treasury function. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently, prioritize, and carry out instructions.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Open/close bank accounts by completing KYC requirements.
    • Daily payment reconciliation by using ERP (Yardi) and Treasury Workstation (Kyriba).
    • Input payments across the firm’s banking portals and Treasury Workstation.
    • Maintenance of the ERP and Treasury Workstation for new bank accounts, closure of bank accounts, monitoring overdraft, H2H connectivity, etc.
    • Handle treasury inquiries from various departments including Accounting, AP, Tax, etc.
    • Add/remove ACH IDs (Allowable IDs) on company’s bank accounts to assist tax payments.
    • Perform and monitor callback procedures for new vendors and investors.
    • Audit employees’ monthly expense reports in Concur and Uber.
    • Handle external and internal audit requests.
    • Assist Senior treasury manager and head of treasury for various ad-hoc projects, not limited to treasury related.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, banking, or financial services related roles
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field of study.
    • Acute understanding of accounting principles and processes
    • Familiarity with ERP and TMS (including Yardi and Kyriba) is a plus
    • Experience in MS Office Suite, extensive familiarity with Excel is strongly encouraged
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work independently but also collaboratively with a team is essential
    • Problem solving skills and resourcefulness a must
    • Ability to adapt to constantly shifting priorities
    • Excellent communication skills.
