    This role is fully remote.

They help many of the world’s largest corporations (from IBM Global Services to Verizon Media to Raytheon) accelerate growth through activating innovation. But rather than doing so by staffing traditional consulting teams, they deliver growth through keynote speeches, community building, and the application of proprietary tools and other IP.

    • IP development including books, tools, workbooks, etc.

    The role

    They seeking a unique individual to serve as an Analyst. This person will work closely with the founder to ensure the effective delivery of his keynote speeches, strategy facilitations, and consulting engagements.

    Responsibilities

    • Engagement management: manage client projects with which Founder is involved including keynote speeches, facilitations, and longer-term strategy projects
    • Research: conduct industry research, identifying key trends, industry dynamics, and emerging disruptors to customize keynotes and facilitations
    • Client engagement: interface with clients, serving and Founder’s and the firm’s official key point of contact
    • Co-facilitator: accompany Founder to speeches and facilitations throughout the US and occasionally internationally to co-deliver and support his facilitation of keynotes and strategy events
    • Coordinator: support Founder with logistics, appointment setting, scheduling, travel bookings, and other similar activities
    • Pre and post-work: capture notes during strategy sessions, analyze input, and create reports to feed back to clients
    • Thought-partner and analyst: serve as a thought-partner with Founder and other members of the team, to identify new research ideas, gather data, conduct analyses, and help craft articles and presentations based on that analysis

     

    Profile

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Have a bachelors degree or masters with a focus on business
    • Be passionate about business strategy and innovation (e.g., enjoy reading books on the topics, interested in meeting and learning from leading strategy and innovation thinkers)
    • Be a strong writer who also enjoys fact-based analytical work
    • Consider themselves a lifelong learning and curious
    • Be driven to have business and social impact
    • Be entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and flexible
    • Be interested in joining a small, entrepreneurial team to build a business with impact

     

    Salary

    Guaranteed monthly fee, as an independent consultant, commensurate with your experience with the potential for upside based on your impact.
