    High-tech manufacturing company is looking for an Experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist for its growing team.  The Sr. AR Specialist  will be primarily responsible for supporting the Finance Controller in a variety of corporate AR accounting functions, including for the accurate and timely process all sales order releases, credits requests, customer refunds, and other ad-hoc projects as necessary. This position reports to the Finance Controller directly.

    The best candidate for this position will possess the ability to work independently as well as within a team, and have impeccable written and verbal communication skills. In addition, you must thrive in a dynamic environment, be detail oriented, and be able to work under pressure.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for financial activities (AR), includes processing and applying the payments received from customers, electronic payments received from web orders and wires to the customer invoices and performing the daily bank deposits.
    • Communicate with inventory team to ensure goods are ship on a timely manner.
    • Works closely with the accounting group in reconciliation issues under tight deadlines.
    • ERP system Invoice issuing and filing; Check/Match all invoices were received correctly in customer’s portal.
    • Monitor past due invoice and inform sale team for payment collections
    • Inventory audit with auditor (internally and CPA) on a quarterly basis.
    • Coordinate with accounting team member to prepare data for annual audit and provide all supporting documents for AR related test questions from the audit.
    • Reconcile customer AR accounts and make adjustment upon request
    • Ad-hoc projects as necessary

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
    • Five+ (5) years of experience; manufacturing background is a plus
    • Extensive knowledge of SAP or Oracle or any ERP System
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Understanding of GAAP accounting standards, ASC 606
    • Must possess the ability to work independently as well as within a team and thrive in a dynamic environment
    • Good work ethic and displays a can do type of attitude
