We are a national real estate company seeking a Construction Project Manager to over see new projects. We are currently seeking a detail oriented and motivated individual for our Project Manager Position. The ideal candidate must be a positive, self motivated individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

DUTIES:

• Coordinating with Construction-staff and Real Estate-staff in managing new-location projects (initiating from start to finish).
• Coordinate with Staffing dept. to hire new employees for location.
• Identify credible paths, creating a “process” where there currently is none. (Creates all project tasks, schedules, timelines and manages all communication).
• Deal with 3rd party businesses.
• Must have strong organizational skills with a professional presence.
