  • Responsibilities

    Our client is a prestigious international law firm that is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Finance and Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various high level administrative and project support duties requiring a thorough understanding of the department’s operation and relevant firm procedures for various members of management and executive leadership. Other key responsibilities include:

     

    • Coordinating projects, taking ownership for ensuring that project management and other processes are followed, and ensuring the relevant tracking pages and necessary documentation are updated
    • Assisting with special projects as necessary and meeting with the relevant project owners to ensure that project documentation is prepared and published to current department standards
    • Ensuring the department’s administrative processes, including contract review and travel booking are maintained, followed, and monitored; following up with relevant parties as needed
    • Developing relationships and becoming a liaison between immediate supervisor and other office/department supervisors
    • Coordinating meetings, including the distributing of agendas, identifying and following-up of action items, and other administrative tasks

       

    • Job Requirements:

    • A High School Diploma or equivalent
    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • A minimum of four (4) years of experience performing complex administrative duties and coordinating projects and initiatives in Professional Services or Project Management related field
