Level 3 Help Desk Support
-Acts as front line support for all hardware and software issues.
-Documents incidents and resolutions. Escalating incidents when necessary.
-Maintains users assignment, profile, access control in AD and Voip System.
-Administers and supports Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
-Manages Windows Operating Systems, MAC OSX, and Linux.
-Assists in maintaining and monitoring common network and authentication protocols/ technologies such as TCP/IP, NAT, VPN, Microsoft Active Directory, NAS, NFS, etc?
-Supports, maintains and administers Microsoft SQL Server
-Assists in maintaining Microsoft SQL Server.
Job Requirements:
Must have:
- BS in Computer Science, Business Admin with MIS concentration
- Strong fundamental knowledge of computer science
- 4+? years help desk support experience.
- 2+ years system administration experience
- 1+? years VOIP phone system
-2+ years of administrating enterprise Windows environments
-2 years Experience in Sonicwall security appliance and wireless infrastructure
-Ability to work flexible hours
-Familiar with ERP modules and enterprise accounting
