An international firm seeks a Client Account Representative/ Collections Specialist that is fast-paced, team-oriented, well-organized and communicates well (verbally and written) on all levels. The overall responsibility will focus on managing a portion of the firm's receivables portfolio. More specifically. the focus is to develop and maintain relationships with both internally and with clients, and to participate  in the the group's daily client collection receivables files.

EXPERIENCE

• Three years large firm/company experience is required.  Looking for professional services experience.  Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Mid to Large Corporate environment experince.
• CMS Aderant or Elite accounting system experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in an intense e-mail environment is required.
