    Your Role:

    We are looking for a talented Senior, Human Resources Business Partner who will naturally translate business objectives into organizational and talent strategies.

    Working with executives, managers, and employees, this role will focus on complex organizational development opportunities, building leadership capability at all levels, and talent-related strategies that align and enable short-term and long-term business direction. You will lead projects and track project goals and tasks, report on progress, make recommendations and help with implementation. You will ensure consistent and equitable application of organizational policies and procedures across a functional area or location. You will lead and execute on talent initiatives and act as a change agent to enable the growth & development of our people.

    Responsibilities:

    • The HRBP will work with Business Units to ensure alignment between the business operations and the HR practice and objectives
    • Provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers in order to support the business’s vision, mission and overall objectives
    • Leverage COEs for leadership development, strategy and people analytics and recruiting to help attract, engage and retain great talent.
    • Identify root causes and conduct relevant data analysis in order to propose both short-term and long-term interventions and solutions
    • Influence business leaders and position Faraday Future to attract and retain talent through training & development and reward strategies.
    • Partner and provide expert coaching and consulting advice to executive leaders to drive a high performing culture
    • Work with business unit groups to update and apply policies and procedures consistently across the business
    • Serve as an advisor and coach to managers and employees on a variety of people issues
    • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and other talent development and retention activities
    • Resolve complex employee relations issues through coaching employees and managers, collaborating with COE and legal as need
    • Conduct off boarding and exit interviews to analyze the turnover, root cause and provide the solution to HR leadership.
    • Participate in special projects as required

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related field, or professional experience equivalent
    • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HRBP roles
    • Automotive and/or Hi-Tech industry experience
    • Ability to understand business goals and then design & implement new approaches, policies and procedures to affect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of the HR function within the company
    • Ability to manage multiple client groups and prioritize complex projects in a fast-paced and high volume, matrixed environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • PHR or SPHR certification
    • Start-up or rapid growth working experience
    • A genuine fascination for the EV space and a commitment to global change
