An established health services organization based in seeking a Benefits Representative. The organization has ambulatory healthcare centers staffed with a wide range of health professionals to provide extensive medical and diagnostic services.

The Benefits Representative will be responsible for providing benefit presentations to members at new shops, new units within an existing shop, shops that are closing or existing shops as follow-up meetings, determined by the department manager. As the first customer service representative, the representative must present in a pleasing manner while understanding organizational workflows, implementing policies and procedures, communicating plan standards and communicating back to the eligibility/claims staff member concerns, issues, and/or complaints. The representative is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of the members within a shop into the eligibility system.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5 years of related experience

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent communication skills – bilingual Chinese/Spanish a plus

· Good business acumen

· Knowledge of union/insurance related activities
