    Summary

    Serves as a liaison to the company's clients to record, enter, deposit, and reconcile all payments into the company's operating account.

     Essential Job Duties

    • Collection of past due accounts.
    • Create and process required reports.
    • Research billing issues and make corrections to invoices as needed.
    • Communicate with the team through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
    • Enter and reconcile ACH payments, credit card payments, and deposit checks.
    • Accurately invoice customers.
    • Assist with transactions that require accounting authorization.
    • Personal responsibility to manage change.
    Required Qualifications – Required qualifications to effectively perform the job. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. (Additional requirements may be designated by position.)

     

    • This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Must have at least one year of experience with accounts receivable.

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities – May be representative, but not all-inclusive, of those knowledge, skills and abilities commonly associated with this position.

     

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products – specifically Excel and Outlook.
    • Experience with account systems.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
      • Strong data entry skills.
      • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Working knowledge of general ledger and accounting functions.
    • Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
    • Ability to analyze spreadsheets and reports.

     

    Work Environment – Environmental or atmospheric conditions commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job.

     

    • General office conditions. Exposed to moderate noise levels.
