Duties:

• Analyse and brief artist/third party contracts for royalty obligations
• Set up releases in accordance with contracts
• Mainframe data entry
• Create and maintain detailed artist accounts
• Assist with daily inquiries in a timely manner

Other duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities:

- Must possess strong skills using Microsoft Excel and be proficient in a Windows environment.

- Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills - Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize work

- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

- 3-5 years of experience in a royalty administration field preferred

- 4 year college degree in Business/Accounting or minimum of 12 units of Accounting required, 6 - 9 years
