Sr. Manager, Finance Transformation

We are assisting to identify and hire a Senior Manager to join their Financial Management practice. Specifically, this is for Financial Transformation located in LA, Orange County, San Francisco Bay Area, San Jose or Portland. This is a Partner Track position.
The Financial Management practice helps clients remediate regulatory gaps, both process-related and reporting, as well as design and implement sustainable models that streamline operations, comply to regulatory requirements and meet business needs. The candidate will be responsible for 4 offerings within Financial Management:
• Finance Transformation
• Cost and Performance Management
• Financial Operations
• Shared Services
Responsibilities:
• Managing teams, leading client interactions, assisting with proposals, managing billing, proposal development, opportunity pursuit, client expectation and account management.
• Identify and address client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and industry involvement and communicating the value proposition.
• Prepare and/or coordinate complex written presentation materials.
• Develop client-focused solutions based on understanding strategy, operations and management in a number of functional areas of corporations and organizations.
• Utilizing previous consulting and industry experience to help companies to set and achieve their long-term goals.
• Performing accurate analysis and designing effective solutions to a variety of client issues
• Working directly with clients to address their issues and acting as the day to day relationship contact
Qualifications:
• 9+ years experience in financial transformation
• 5+ years of consulting experience
• Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred
• Process Analysis, Reporting & Business Intelligence, Data Analysis & Reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Financial Planning and Analysis & Financial Benchmarking
• Big-data or BI exposure
• Travel 60%
