    Job Description

    CONSUMER ATTORNEY MARKETING GROUP (CAMG), a Woodland Hills based advertising agency that combines media buying expertise, industry experience and intensive analytics to deliver the most effective TV & radio campaigns is currently accepting applications for a Client Services Specialist position in our call center telephone services (CATS) department. This position will serve as a member of an expanding organization with plenty of room for advancement and growth.

    We are seeking a Client Services Specialist to become an integral part of our team! The Client Services Specialist works to provide high quality administrative support and service to external clients, in this case, Law Firms. Responsibilities include on-boarding law firms to our intake services, understanding client expectations for their campaign, meeting with internal divisions to ensure clients expectations are met, maintaining great rapport with clientele throughout the campaign, providing reporting to law firms on their campaign performance, and answering day to day requests. Specific allocation of responsibilities may change depending upon the needs of the Business.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Data entry, audit, and error resolution
    • Identifies data discrepancies and collaborates for resolutions at the root cause
    • Maintains security and confidentiality of the information being processed
    • Collaborates w/ internal teams to optimize campaigns performance (Media Dept., Training Team, Programmers)
    • Provide creative insight on programming for agents easy reference (improve call flow)
    • Additional duties may be assigned as needed

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proficient in Excel, including Microsoft Office/Office 365 and ability to learn proprietary software
    • Ability to cross reference multiple data sources and identify root cause of data discrepancies
    • Demonstrate effective time management, organizational, and analytical and quantitative skills
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
    • Must have a pleasant, positive, patient, and friendly attitude.
    • Demonstrate a dedicated work ethic with an adaptable mentality to work in a fast paced environment
    • Deadline driven
    • Strong detail orientation

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High School College/University degree in communications or related field preferred
    • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
    • Exceptional communication skills (both in person and by telephone)
    • Pride in maintaining client satisfaction
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Office 365, Excel, Word)
    • Legal/Medical/Pharmaceutical background is a plus
