We have an immediate opening for an Administrative/Order Processor professional. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Ability to perform all front office activities.
• Process customer purchase orders; prepare documents for shipping, and invoicing.
• Answering customer calls and routing the communications to the entire organization.
• Upkeep and organize customer document files.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
• Develop and maintain an interactive relationship between the customers and the sales team.
• Data entry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High competency in Excel, Word, and other office document programs.
• Must have Data entry skills.
• Working knowledge of EDI processing is desired.
• Strong and accurate mathematical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated self-starter and detailed oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with International customers a plus.
• Work experience in an office environment is a major necessity.
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have at least 2-5 years of related experience.
