Assist with planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for global initiatives
Support the planning and execution of smaller pop-up events in New York City to engage influencers in the beauty and lifestyle space
Manage influencer mailers
Social Media:
Assist with the development and implementation of the social media strategy for global campaigns
Generate engaging organic content for various social media platforms
Monitor social media trends and provide insights for content optimization
Campaign Support:
Help plan and kick off the fall consumer marketing campaign
Support the Paid, Earned, and Owned media teams with various tasks and projects
Relationship Building:
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key influencers and media contacts
Collaborate with creative teams and marketing teams to execute all business influencer and social strategy
Assist with ad-hoc projects for the Consumer Marketing team
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
Light to moderate lifting may be required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

You are:
A rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related field
You have:
Prior internship experience in consumer marketing or a related field is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience or strong interest in the beauty industry is highly desirable
