    The Strategic Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting in the overall relationship with strategic partners. The specialist ensures that all requests from strategic partners are acknowledged and processed within a timely manner. Further, they will assist in supporting the overall relationship with strategic partners to enable partner expansion into other product verticals and grow current sales. Based on requests received, identify, and assign tasks to either the Strategic Partnerships Sales Manager or themselves for completion.  

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 

    • Responds to general inquiries from strategic partners including but not limited to new link requests, changes to existing link requests.
    • Identify areas of growth and new business opportunity based on partner performance and portfolio
    • Collect and analyze signup and performance data for strategic partners
    • Create charts, graphs and presentations relevant to trending, forecasting and training.
    • Properly track and maintaining incoming and outgoing requests from strategic partners telephonically or through email communication.
    • Open and track tickets created by Strategic Partnerships Sales Manager
    • Engage and collaborate with other departments when needed
    • Establish standing calls/meetings with strategic partners
    • Provide support and back up to Sales Support Specialist when needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.  BS or BA preferred, or equivalent combination of education + work experience 
    • Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales support/customer service with knowledge or experience in analytics
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-starter and detail-oriented
    • Ability to multi-task and accommodate shifts in priorities

    JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME/SALARY NON-EXEMPT/$50,000 ANNUAL/IN-OFFICE

    • This is strictly an in-house position at our main headquarters Irvine, CA. NO FREELANCERS.
