Position Overview:

Our vibrant accounting team looking for a detail-oriented Accountant that is ready to dig their hands into Excel spreadsheets. Your primary focus will be high volume bank reconciliations, but will also assist with other accounting duties as assigned. Being highly proficient in QuickBooks is required, as you will be learning SAGE INACCT. Anyone with Sage Intacct experience is guaranteed an interview!

Job Duties:

• Work on Month End Closing.
• High Volume bank reconciliations.
• Booking Vendor invoices.
• Maintain the general ledger.
• Excel – v-lookups, pivot table
• Create and review various reports supporting finance and operations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly unaudited and annual audited financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare workpapers and supporting documentation for the annual financial statement audit.
• Work directly with our external auditors to facilitate their audit work to ensure we meet our year-end reporting deadlines.
• Support ad hoc requests and improvement initiatives.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred).
• QuickBooks (required) 3 years.
• SAGE Intacct experience is a super bonus!
• High Volume Bank Reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Proactive and self starter.
• Must be a team player understanding some projects may require extra hours.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting projects at once.
• 3+ years of accounting experience including strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with internal and external audits, preparing PBC lists and narratives (Highly recommended).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a team player.
