The Partner Success Coordinator will be responsible for proactively furthering partner relationships. Will deliver on retention objectives and develop partner growth strategies with a focus on underperforming or stagnant partnerships. The specialist will analyze overall partner performance, recognize deficiencies, and identify intervention strategies to achieve partner performance goals. Collaborates closely with Sales Executives and Marketing team in servicing and nurturing partner relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Analyze an array of reports with strong focus on partner performance to identify deficiencies and create an intervention plan
- Cultivate and build positive relationships with partners and businesses
- Manage day-to-day interactions with partners providing insights to help drive revenue growth and overall platform adoption across all market segments
- Provide partners with expert guidance and become a trusted resource
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet business objectives and effectively coordinate with sales and marketing team by providing recommendations and meaningful feedback
- Development of new and improved marketing materials needed to support partner growth and win-back initiatives
- Address partner challenges and concerns while devising solutions
- Support ongoing organizational improvement efforts
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in an office environment/customer support
- Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to think and plan strategically to provide resolution and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to change priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
- Business travel as needed, potentially 1-2 times per year

- This is strictly an in-house position at our main headquarters Irvine, CA. NO FREELANCERS.
