    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    We are expanding our compliance team and we are looking for a professional who is eager to learn about the credit industry and wants to pursue a career in compliance.  Our company has been included under OC’s best places to work list based on our amazing corporate culture and great benefits.

    Our ideal Compliance Analyst (I) is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. This role will help our company to maintain compliance by auditing and evaluating different departments’ processes and procedures.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Conduct audits and ensure requirements are properly completed for partner credentialing
    • Maintain on-going inspections and audits of existing partner base to ensure compliance
    • Perform periodic reviews of existing policies and processes
    • Draft policies and procedures when required ensuring compliance and efficiency across the different departments.
    • Audit and monitor enrollment funnels for compliance
    • Act as the first line of support for compliance inquiries
    • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1+ years of experience in compliance and/or legal affairs. Equivalent work experience in a related field will also be considered.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
    • Basic knowledge of the credit report industry.
    • Demonstrates excellent communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Highly organized and structured.
    • Capable to manage priorities and workflow on time
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
    • Strong attention to detail
