    ConsumerDirect, Inc. is a fast-growing fintech platform company located in Irvine, CA. We build unique, patented technologies for the consumer money, credit, and privacy spaces. The company was founded in 2003 with the vision that technology should allow consumers to interact with their banks, creditors and other institutions using a simple and interactive platform, and we’ve done just that!

    ConsumerDirect seeks an experienced marketing leader with a customer-centric, data-savvy approach to drive ConsumerDirect’s growth, fulfil its mission, and shape its brand.

    As Growth Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for partner acquisition and retention in our B2B channel, and customer acquisition and retention in our D2C channel. This is a senior-level role reporting into the executive team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Own Marketing Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to drive holistic marketing strategy focused on new audience acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer expansion.
    • Optimize Funnel: Define and analyze the customer lifecycle and all journeys within, making recommendations about tactics to deploy.
    • Scale Systems: Own and optimize the MarTech stack, implementing supporting business processes that can unlock growth.
    • Develop Team: Further develop the capabilities of an already talented team of creatives and align the team around common growth goals.
    • Build the Brand: Communicate ConsumerDirect’s mission across relevant channels, leveraging partners where appropriate.
    • Support Strategy: Work cross-functionally to optimize and scale go-to-market activities, refine market segmentation, personas, pricing, and competitive insights.
    • Personalize Campaigns: Leverage ConsumerDirect’s deep consumer datasets to increase marketing personalization.
    • Master Ad Spend: Identify traditional, social, and other media channels that drive the greatest ROAS.

    EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

    • Demonstrated experience as a Growth Marketing Leader, supported by case examples and success metrics.
    • Customer-centric approach to marketing, in both D2C and B2B channels.
    • Ability to quickly spin up experiments and utilize sophisticated data analytics to test hypotheses and uncover opportunities.
    • High degree of familiarity with MarTech offerings and tradeoffs between products.
    • Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders in IT, Product, Strategy, and Sales, while executing in a fast-growth environment.
    • FinTech experience is highly desired.
