    Position Overview:

    We are expanding our compliance team! Our ideal Compliance Analyst is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in Compliance. This role will help our company to maintain compliance by managing our external audits (i.e. SOC 2 Type 2, PCI, etc.) as well as auditing and evaluating different departments’ processes and procedures. You will also be required to work with a variety of team members from Project Managers, IT, Human Resources, and Accounting and Finance.

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience drafting policies and procedures (SOPs).
    • At least 2-3 years of experience supporting SOC Audits OR PCI Audits.

    Job Duties:

    • Support yearly audits, including but not limited to PCI and SOC2.
    • Monitor compliance via monthly/quarterly attestations.
    • Perform periodic reviews of existing policies and processes.
    • Draft policies and procedures when required ensuring compliance and efficiency across the different departments.
    • Act as the first line of support for compliance inquiries.
    • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management.
    • Support legal and regulatory research and assist with special projects, as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of experience in compliance and/or legal affairs. Equivalent work experience in a related field will also be considered.
    • 1 year of experience working in PCI and SOC2 compliance standards.
    • Detail oriented, strong project management skills, and highly organized.
    • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
    • Basic knowledge of the credit report industry.
    • Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Highly organized and structured.
    • Capable of managing priorities and workflow on time.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
