    About the Role

    We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Care Department in Lowell, AR. This full-time, in-office role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations in a fast-paced contact center environment. You'll interact with customers, technicians, dispatchers, and managers to schedule appointments, resolve concerns, and ensure daily scheduling runs smoothly.     Key Responsibilities

    Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries

    Ensure all daily appointments are properly scheduled and confirmed

    Communicate clearly with service technicians, dispatchers, operations managers, and fellow CSRs

    Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary

    Accurately enter and update information in dispatching/scheduling software

    Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment

    Must-Haves

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software (training provided)

    Excellent attention to detail and time management

    Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

    Reliable attendance and punctuality

    Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

    Must pass a background check and drug screening

    Nice-to-Haves

    Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or call center roles

    Familiarity with dispatch or scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar)

    Experience working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment

    Working Conditions

    Office-based position with regular phone and computer use

    Requires the ability to stay organized and multitask throughout the day
