    Responsibilities

    Process policy changes in Guidewire for P&C policies to include address changes, membership, customer number changes, contact updates, and agent recodes.

    Process returned mail for P&C and Life policies.

    Process Guidewire Activities.

    Use a tracking system.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma required.

    Guidewire, Outlook, Word, and Excel experience is helpful.

    Multi-tasking is required for this position, along with the ability and expertise to perform research.

    Good communication skills are required as this position interacts with the field and home office employees in gathering information, as well as outside contacts such as mortgagees and lienholders.

    Must follow comprehensive workflows.
