Job Description

An experienced Closer is needed for a fully REMOTE opening!

As the Closer, you will primarily be responsible for the development and implementation of highly automated closing processes. This role starts at $50K!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLOSER INCLUDE:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of a highly automated closing process that produces high quality, efficient loan closings for a best in class customer experience
• Preparing closing packages and verify that all documents are accurate and consistent
• Effectively manage closing pipeline to meet closing date selected by customer
• Working in partnership with settlement agents to ensure accurate and compliant Closing Disclosure is provided to customer
• Working in partnership with treasury to order funds for disbursement in a timely manner
• Supporting Fulfillment and Sales Team as the Closing and Funding subject matter expert, answering questions as appropriate
• Managing escalations related to closing issues, resolving open issues in a timely manner
• Training and mentoring new members of the team
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CLOSER

• 3+ years of closing experience required
• Experience in TRID compliance as it relates to closing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills, continually guaranteeing a best in class customer experience
