_MEMBER RELATIONS SPECIALIST _

Friendly and outgoing job-seekers are needed to join our client as a Member Relations Specialist in PHILADELPHIA, PA! As the Member Relations Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers. This temporary to possible hire opportunity offers over $19/hr!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEMBER RELATIONS SPECIALIST INCLUDE:

• Responding to customers inquiries
• Informing customers of polices and procedures
• Answering any questions
• Escalating calls when necessary

REQUIREMENTS OF THE MEMBER RELATIONS SPECIALIST INCLUDE:

• 1+ Year of Customer Service experience 
• BI-LINGUAL PREFERRED
• Excellent and professional communication skills
• Flexible to work shifts on weekends
