    ** The Opportunity**

Adobe Digital Insights (ADI) supports Adobe’s leadership in creativity, efficiency, and the digital economy. It uses outstanding Adobe product signals like Firefly and Acrobat GenAI to uncover emerging trends in creative behavior and faster work. This role turns those advantages into scalable stories and programs across social, paid media, PR, webinars, and executive communications.

You’ll boost the ADI content engine by managing relationships with creative agencies, ADI analysts, and AI-focused data scientists. Together, you will deliver exceptional content rapidly and at scale, while upholding ADI’s relevant and respected voice. You will collaborate intensely with the other teams to build human+AI workflows, editorial review, and customized channel packaging, guaranteeing our insights reach the right audiences effectively.

    ** What you'll Do**

    ** Partnerships & vendor orchestration**

This role will own the strategy and manage daily relationships with agencies, analysts, engineers, and channel owners. These groups make Adobe’s large-scale thought leadership and B2B digital media product marketing possible. And you'll coordinate those creators with the business leaders who drive product and marketing strategy to build dynamic, engaging, fresh customer journeys.

    Human+AI production pipeline

Stand up AI-assisted content workflows where software improves human capabilities so the brief-to-delivery cycle is fast, thoughtful, slop-free and painless.

Translate insights into channel-right outputs (blog posts, reports, “trend-flash” briefs, webinars, talk tracks) and package them for PR/Comms, Corporate & Product Marketing, Web, and Social.

    Program management & tooling

Build the drumbeat of the business, developing regular cadences of collaboration internally and externally, and defining how content marketing works for large portions of Adobe.

** What you need to succeed**

    • 7-10+ years leading content or editorial programs with external partners like agencies and AR firms. You have worked closely with internal R&D and data teams. You also have experience delivering blogs, reports, and webinars quickly.
    • Demonstrated AI proficiency in content operations (LLM timely composition, agent orchestration, RAG, evaluation) and strong instincts for when to trust, verify, or bring up concerns.
    • Proven program/ops discipline-prioritization, resourcing, SLAs, retros-that keeps complex machines humming.
    • Comfortable working directly with data scientists and engineers on methodology, QA, and explainability.
    • Familiarity with Adobe’s ecosystem and creator/knowledge-worker communities (Creative Cloud, Firefly, Acrobat, Experience Cloud).
    • Tooling: Workfront (or similar), AEM Sites/Assets, Marketo (or webinar platforms), Adobe Analytics/CJA, and standard collaboration stacks.
    • Analyst relations experience (briefings, inquiry, coverage amplification).
    • Event production experience for live/virtual webinars and speaker enablement.
    • Global vendor management (SOW negotiation, benchmark/QBR frameworks).
