We're building a lean, high-performing marketing team that leverages automation, AI, and strategic thinking to support our growth while maintaining our brand excellence and customer experience.

    Position Overview

We're seeking a Marketing Content & Brand Specialist to take ownership of content creation, brand expression, and customer communication touchpoints across our growing portfolio. This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who wants to influence how our brand shows up in the world—from LinkedIn posts to facility signage, to prospect text messages, to executive presentations – and who wants to develop deep expertise in brand consistency, content development, and marketing operations while building the systems that will scale our marketing function.

You'll work directly with our VP of Marketing and key Marketing Stakeholders to ensure every piece of content we create is on-brand, optimized for performance, and designed to support our aggressive growth trajectory. You'll have significant autonomy to build systems, automate processes, and grow into a strategic marketing role while mastering the fundamentals of brand management, content creation, and SEO-informed copywriting.

This is a specialist role focused on execution excellence and systems building, with a path to management as you grow your strategic capabilities and potentially mentor future team members.
