Join our multi-location dental group (Diamond Dental, Sapphire Denture Clinic, and Opal Dental Lab) to plan, shoot, and edit photo/video content—and help coordinate our American Academy of Implant Dentistry MaxiCourse in Seattle (continuing education).

What you’ll do

Capture clinical & lifestyle photos/video, event coverage for course modules.

Edit short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube/website)

Create thumbnails, captions/subtitles, schedule posts, and track performance.

Maintain digital asset library, file naming, and consent/release records.

Coordinate MaxiCourse students, calendars, speakers, venues, AV, vendors, and CE certificates.

Run day-of logistics: registration, signage, catering, check-in.

What you bring

3+ years pro photo/video + portfolio/reel

Strong in Premiere/Resolve, Photoshop/Lightroom; audio & lighting basics

Event or program coordination experience (education/healthcare a plus)

Comfortable in clinical settings; privacy/consent savvy

Organized, clear communicator; can work some weekends.

Schedule & perks
