Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Content Creator & Digital Marketing Assistant with strong personal assistant skills to support both brand development and day-to-day personal tasks. This hybrid role requires someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling, social media growth (Instagram & Pinterest), and smooth personal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media (Instagram & Pinterest)
Plan, create, and schedule content (posts, Reels, stories, Pins) aligned with brand aesthetics
Write compelling captions, pin titles, and SEO-optimized descriptions
Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Tailwind, Later, Meta Business Suite for scheduling and design
Monitor trends and platform algorithms to improve visibility and engagement
Track performance metrics and report key insights
Personal Assistant Duties
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and reminders
Handle email correspondence, note-taking, and organizing digital documents
Coordinate travel bookings, online orders, and event planning
Assist with to-do lists, follow-ups, and household or business-related errands
Support with product sourcing, vendor communication, and outreach
Provide backup for content prep and photo/video shoot logistics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Instagram & Pinterest growth strategies and tools
Excellent visual and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with admin support, scheduling, and coordination
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Google Suite, Tailwind, and content planning tools
Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
1–3 years in a digital marketing, content creation, or executive/personal assistant role
Bonus: Experience in food, lifestyle, travel, or creative content niches
