As a Content Creator at Nelson Elder Care Law, you will be not only create and maintain digital and social content, but you will also be responsible for generating leads through innovative video and podcast content. You will manage our library of digital assets, track and report analytics for video and podcast content, and maintain the content on our website. This role is perfect for a creative and analytical individual who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Responsibilities: • Assist the Marketing Team with executing and supporting the Firm’s marketing plans. • Provide regular marketing information updates to maintain strong awareness of key client-related subjects via the firms newsletter and other email marketing pieces. • Develop and produce engaging video and podcast content that aligns with our brand and audience interests. • Manage and expand our digital asset library, ensuring all content is organized and easily accessible. • Analyze performance data for video and podcast content, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance. • Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to create content that supports lead generation and client engagement initiatives. • Assist the Director with keeping client-related sections of the Firm's website and social media up-to-date and fresh. • Develop digital marketing materials for targeted audiences and practice areas. • Provide weekly reports for analytics for social media, YouTube, and email marketing efforts. • Other tasks as assigned. Working Conditions: • This is a full-time, on-site position between both of our office locations. • Compensation includes an hourly rate + monthly incentives. Qualifications: • Educational background in digital marketing. • Experience with CRM systems, graphic design software, social media, WordPress, YouTube, etc. • Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio showcasing video and podcast projects. • Expertise in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. • Strong understanding of content performance metrics and SEO best practices. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
