  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a platform-native Content Creator who lives and breathes social media. This is not a traditional "behind-the-scenes" editor role; we need a creative powerhouse who can take a brand’s brief and turn it into high-performing, thumb-stopping content for TikTok and Meta.

    You can concept the hook, script the narrative and edit for maximum engagement. You understand that "lo-fi" doesn't mean "low quality"—it means authentic, fast and culturally relevant.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Ideation & Strategy: Brainstorm and concept original content pillars and individual posts that align with client KPIs and brand voice.

    Full-Stack Production: Own the end-to-end process: scripting, storyboarding, lighting, filming (primarily on mobile) and audio capture.

    Platform-First Editing: Edit high-energy videos with a deep understanding of platform-specific trends (transitions, trending audio, text overlays and pacing).

    Copywriting: Write punchy, platform-appropriate captions and on-screen text that drive engagement and clicks.

    Trend Mining: Actively monitor TikTok and Meta ecosystems to identify emerging trends, sounds and memes before they peak, adapting them for our clients.

    Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Managers and Media Buyers to ensure content is optimized for both organic reach and paid performance.

    Requirements:

    The Portfolio: A proven track record of creating short-form video content that drives measurable engagement (please include links to handles or a reel).

    Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects. Animation skills and knowledge of visual/video styling are plusses.

    Platform Mastery: You know the nuances between a "TikTok vibe" and an "Instagram aesthetic." You understand how the algorithms prioritize content.

    Agency Mindset: Ability to juggle multiple clients, meet tight deadlines and incorporate client feedback without losing creative integrity.

    Ability to pitch and sell social-forward ideas to clients.

    At least 1–2+ years of experience creating engaging content.
