The Role We are looking for a highly creative and driven Content Creator to own, produce, and scale our social media content. In this role, you will be the voice and visual eye of our brand across multiple digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for brainstorming, creating, and editing engaging content that builds brand awareness, grows our online community, and drives audience engagement.
What You'll Do
Content Production: Shoot and edit high-quality video content, capture photography, and design graphics tailored for our key social platforms.
Strategy & Planning: Maintain a consistent content calendar and collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader company campaigns.
Community Management: Actively engage with our followers, respond to comments, and foster a thriving online community.
Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand social media captions that resonate with our target audience.
Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date on digital trends, viral audio, and platform updates to keep our brand relevant and agile.
Analytics: Track content performance, report on key metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversion), and adjust strategies based on data.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the algorithms, formats, and best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio or links to active social media accounts demonstrating your ability to create engaging digital content.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, a strong eye for visual aesthetics, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
Experience with social media scheduling tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Later.
