About Us We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding Dental Support Organization (DSO) led by passionate dentists and entrepreneurs. With 7 practices across Southern California and over $8 million in annual revenue, we are committed to building a patient-centered, team-driven culture that transforms the dental experience. As we scale, we're looking for a creative, resourceful, and driven Content Creator to help us share our story, strengthen our brand, and engage our growing network of patients and team members.
Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute content strategies across multiple platforms (website, social media, email, blogs, video, print, etc.)
Create engaging, on-brand content that reflects our values, culture, and commitment to excellence in patient care
Partner with clinical teams to showcase real stories from our practices: patient success, team highlights, community involvement, and more
Build and manage a consistent social media calendar for all locations
Optimize content for SEO and lead generation
Capture photo and video content on-site as needed (travel to locations may be required occasionally)
Collaborate with marketing vendors, graphic designers, and leadership to drive campaigns

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:
2–5 years of content creation experience, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills (portfolio required)
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
A self-starter attitude with a keen eye for brand, tone, and audience engagement
Bonus: Experience working with multi-location businesses or in dental/medical environments
