Responsibilities: Content & Digital Coordinator A standout coordinator will: • Assist with client relationships and strategic marketing-related projects with an emphasis on robust content creation and digital advertising. • Support in the planning and execution of campaigns, announcements, events, and tradeshows. • Write and proof social media content, post, schedule, monitor, and engage. • Write and proof a variety of nuanced and client-specific copy, including but not limited to blogs, email campaigns (with experience in MailChimp and Constant Contact), website content, event listings, and other written communications and campaigns. • Support in website updates (light coding and HTML customization), contact database management, and e-commerce/LMS management. • Develop, implement, and monitor content for digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) with clear calls to action, A/B testing, and optimization. • Graphic design capabilities across print and digital mediums, including asset creation and curation using tools like Canva and Adobe. • Photo and video editing experience, with on-site photo/video support and post-production editing skills. • Other support as needed with project management, research, and ongoing client reporting efforts. Qualifications: We are looking for an eager coordinator who: • Has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, design, or a related field. • Has a minimum of two to three years of agency experience and can hit the ground running with research, content creation, and digital execution. • Can balance a variety of deadlines and client expectations with poise. • Is organized, prompt, able to multitask, detail-oriented, and self-directed. • Has project management skills, excellent customer service orientation, business acumen, and effective interpersonal communication. • Has proficiency in Microsoft Office products. • Has robust experience with Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign. • Desires a long-term career path with WildRock and is open to mentorship to get there. • Grit to stay the course and dig in to produce the best results and client satisfaction while supporting WildRock’s mission.
