Northwest Pump is seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our business goals, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement across various platforms. What will this position do?
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and targets the right audience.
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with followers and driving community involvement.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital marketing.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or a similar role, required
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to measure content performance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences
- Ability to work autonomously, and collaboratively as a team; self-motivated
- Proven history of being reliable and dependable
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers, telephone systems, and multifunction printers
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with all levels of customers and co-workers; ability to read, write, and communicate in English

- This is a full-time, hybrid position, working regular business hours, Monday through Friday
